6NTG Isolating Switch
The 6NTG series isolating switch is suitable for circuits with AC 50Hz, rated voltage of 400V and below, and rated current of 63A~630A. It is used for infrequent manual making and breaking of circuits, with the 690V specification product only for electrical isolation; its normal operating conditions are: altitude not exceeding 2000 meters, ambient temperature not higher than 40℃ and not lower than -5℃, relative humidity not exceeding 95%, and it shall be used in an environment free of explosive hazardous media and rain/snow erosion. Note: If it is expected to be used in an environment where the ambient air temperature is higher than +40℃ or between -5℃~-45℃, users shall inform the manufacturer when placing an order. The switch adopts an accelerated closing mechanism with spring energy storage in place and rapid instantaneous release, as well as a parallel double-break contact structure that makes and breaks simultaneously, greatly improving electrical and mechanical performance. The conductive components are installed in an insulating base made of glass fiber reinforced unsaturated polyester molding compound, and manual operation handle is adopted for operation, featuring excellent dielectric performance, protection capability and reliable operational safety. It is available in two types: 3-pole and 4-pole (3-pole + switchable neutral pole). A marking window is set on the front to indicate the on-off state of the contacts; a rear observation window can be provided as required to directly observe the on-off state of the contacts, ensuring the reliability and safety of switch operation. The operating handle can be directly installed on the switch for internal cabinet operation, or operated outside the power distribution cabinet door through an extension shaft (referred to as external cabinet operation), providing convenient operation.
