6NTCR4 Thyristor Switch

The 6NTCR4 Series Thyristor Regulating Switch adopts zero-crossing triggering technology, which enables capacitors to be quickly and smoothly connected to or disconnected from the power grid without generating inrush current. It is particularly suitable for reactive power compensation in scenarios where reactive power changes rapidly, serving as an ideal solution for dynamic power factor correction.

This product can be applied to both common compensation of three-phase reactive current and individual compensation (per-phase compensation) of any phase of three-phase reactive current. It allows direct control of switching operations via DC or AC signals transmitted by switching controllers.

Boasting excellent resistance to thermal shock, high heat dissipation efficiency and lower temperature rise, the product is capable of operating stably and reliably for long periods. It is manufactured with high-voltage-resistant thyristor chips and an optimized heat dissipation structure design. Its heat dissipation area is increased by more than 30% compared with conventional switches. Combined with high-efficiency heat-conducting materials, it can effectively reduce operating temperature rise and maintain stable performance even in harsh environments with high temperatures and frequent switching operations.
