6NTSVG Static Var Generator

With the rapid evolution of technology, power electronics technology is continuously upgraded and widely applied in various scenarios. As requirements for power systems become increasingly stringent, traditional compensation methods are no longer able to fully meet the operational needs of certain impact loads.

Series 6NTSVG Static Var Generator (SVG) — a new-type compensation product — adopts fully controlled semiconductor devices and grid-connected reactors. It detects load currents in real time via a controller and leverages current decomposition algorithms and control algorithms to achieve real-time bidirectional reactive power compensation (100% inductive–100% capacitive) and unbalance compensation, which can effectively resolve intractable issues in numerous application scenarios.

This series of SVG (Static Var Generator) can not only realize bidirectional reactive power regulation from 100% inductive to 100% capacitive, but also effectively compensate for three-phase current imbalance, significantly reduce grid unbalance, improve voltage waveform distortion, and further enhance power quality.

Compared with traditional compensation methods, it features higher regulation accuracy and faster response speed. Even under load mutation conditions, it can instantly smooth out reactive power fluctuations and avoid the impact of voltage flicker on precision equipment.

In addition, the equipment has a built-in grid-connected reactor and a complete protection module, with functions including overvoltage, overcurrent, overheating and islanding protection. It can resist grid impact and electromagnetic interference, ensuring long-term stable operation.
