NST-V100 Intelligent Online Monitoring Device
The intelligent online monitoring device is a full-condition O&M device dedicated to 10kV/35kV high-voltage vacuum circuit breakers (VCB). Supported by microwave sensing, laser distance measurement, passive CT energy harvesting and edge AI algorithms, it collects round-the-clock full-spectrum operating data including electrical parameters, mechanical performance, vacuum interrupter status, temperature rise, partial discharge and electrical endurance of circuit breakers. It enables early fault alarming, condition assessment and service life prediction, shifting traditional periodic shutdown maintenance to condition-based maintenance. The product is extensively used in substations, industrial & mining distribution rooms, renewable energy step-up stations as well as industrial and commercial high-voltage power distribution rooms.
