NST-300 Temperature Measuring Fault Indicator
The intelligent on-line monitoring device is a full-condition intelligent operation and maintenance equipment designed for 10kV/35kV high-voltage vacuum circuit breakers (VCB). Adopting microwave sensing, laser ranging, passive CT power harvesting and edge AI algorithms, it continuously collects full-dimensional operational data of the circuit breaker around the clock, covering electrical parameters, mechanical performance, vacuum interrupter condition, temperature rise, partial discharge and electrical service life. The device realizes early fault warning, condition evaluation and service life prediction, transforming the conventional periodic power-off maintenance into condition-based maintenance. It is widely deployed in transformer substations, industrial and mining power distribution rooms, new energy booster stations and high-voltage power distribution rooms for commercial and industrial facilities.
