NST Comprehensive Insurance
Series NST Microcomputer-based Integrated Protection and Measurement & Control Device is mainly applicable to comprehensive protection, automatic control, and measurement in neutral-point ungrounded systems or resistance-grounded systems with a voltage class of 35kV and below.
With a high-performance industrial-grade microprocessor as its core, this device is equipped with a high-precision analog sampling module and multi-dimensional protection algorithms. It can achieve comprehensive protection functions including overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, zero-sequence grounding, overload and voltage loss. Tailored to the characteristics of non-directly grounded neutral systems and resistance-grounded neutral systems, it optimizes the grounding fault detection algorithm, which enables rapid and accurate identification of concealed faults such as single-phase grounding, preventing fault escalation from affecting the entire distribution network.
Meanwhile, the device is provided with complete measurement functions, which can collect key electrical parameters such as voltage, current, power, electric energy and power factor in real time, providing accurate data support for grid operation status analysis and energy consumption statistics.
This device integrates an automatic control module, supporting functions such as autoreclosing, standby power auto-switching and interlock control. It can automatically execute control commands according to the grid operation status, improving the reliability of system power supply. For human-machine interaction, it adopts a high-definition LCD screen and streamlined key layout, facilitating on-site personnel to view real-time data, set protection parameters and retrieve fault recording information. In addition, it supports communication interfaces such as RS485 and Ethernet, which can link with upper computers and distribution automation systems, realizing remote monitoring of device status, remote parameter setting and remote fault diagnosis, and meeting the centralized management and control requirements of intelligent distribution networks.
