This relay has established a precise and reliable protection system against two core fault risks during the operation of AC motors.In terms of overload protection, its built-in heating elements can real-time detect the current changes in the motor circuit. When the motor experiences current overload due to heavy load, mechanical jamming or other causes, the heating elements will quickly generate heat and drive the internal mechanism to act, triggering the tripping of the relay and disconnecting the circuit in a timely manner, thus preventing the motor windings from overheating and burning out due to the prolonged effect of overload current.
In terms of phase failure protection, the relay can sensitively monitor the current balance status of the three phases in three-phase motors. Once a fault of power supply loss in any phase occurs, the relay can quickly identify it and activate the protection program. This effectively eliminates the burnout risk of three-phase motors operating under phase failure conditions, making it particularly suitable for the protection of three-phase asynchronous motors in scenarios such as industrial production lines, construction machinery, and HVAC equipment.
