6NT28M Motor Protector
Series 6NT28M is an integrated device based on microprocessor technology, incorporating multiple functions including protection, control, measurement and communication.
Adopting a modular design, it features a compact size, streamlined structure and easy installation, which enhances system reliability.
With the optional voltage monitoring function, it can conduct real-time monitoring of various parameters of the motor circuit, including the measurement and control of multiple electrical parameters such as three-phase current, voltage, active power, reactive power and power factor.
It is equipped with a wide range of protection functions, namely start-up timeout, overload, locked rotor, phase loss, phase imbalance, grounding, leakage, short circuit, underload, over-temperature, overvoltage, undervoltage, frequency deviation and power factor deviation protection.
It supports up to 8 channels of programmable digital input, enabling remote telemetry monitoring of motor operating status by the master station.
Equipped with 4 channels of programmable relay output and multiple starting modes, it allows the remote master station to perform real-time "start/stop" control of the motor via the communication bus.
The device comes with internationally standard RS-485 or CANBUS communication interfaces. The RS485 interface supports universal ModBUS-RTU or optional ProfiBUS-DP protocols, while the CANBUS interface supports the optional universal DeviceNET protocol, ensuring fast and reliable communication with the upper computer. It is also provided with an optional DC 4~20mA analog output interface, which can be directly connected to the DCS system to realize monitoring of on-site equipment.
It completely replaces conventional components such as physical pointer-type electrical meters, signal lamps, thermal relays and electrical transducers used in previous applications.
Featuring an LCD display, it offers significantly higher reliability and comprehensive cost-performance ratio than traditional solutions.
